As the lead service professional for Waterside Home Maintenance Concierge, Ryan ensures our clients’ homes are expertly maintained and in ideal condition, from the foundation to the roof. Ryan was building million-dollar homes for Waterside Properties prior to leading the home maintenance concierge service. Instrumental in developing our thorough 110-point home maintenance checklist, Ryan handles every aspect, from managing improvements and renovations to checking batteries in fire alarms and securing windows, along with overseeing our Lock-N-Leave™ service. He makes client peace-of-mind a priority. “I want clients to feel as though they can look to me to fix anything and everything, and trust their home is in good hands every minute of every day,” Ryan says.

Known for building trusted and long-lasting relationships with clients — several of whom are now lifelong friends — Ryan not only improves the safety and longevity of every home under his care, but he approaches each with exceptional attention to detail, offering a genuine boutique concierge service. “I truly believe my clients’ home issues are my issues, and I want to take care of them,” Ryan says. “It’s a lot of responsibility, but I take great pride in being the one person they can call, and ensure everything is handled so they can carry on with their lives without having to worry or spend unnecessary time on home projects or renovations.”

A Dallas native, Ryan joined the company in 2012 and served as junior project manager, where he learned all aspects of home construction and project management. He has overseen the building of high-end homes, giving him a distinct understanding of luxury construction and remodeling and high-quality craftsmanship, which he applies to each of the homes he manages today.
