LOCK-N-LEAVE™ SERVICE
*Disposables will be billed to client based off of necessary disposables needed for client’s home. *Clients will be responsible for paying credit card processing fees on all invoices unless paid by bank payment. There will be a $5 service charge for all ACH payments. *Waterside will charge an additional 15% on all contractor’s invoices, including emergency services. If the client requests construction type items to be completed on their home, Waterside will present the client with a comprehensive quote for the project. Waterside reserves the right to add a management fee to the cost of the project. This fee covers: The convenience of having only one point of contact to take care of all work crews. All scheduling, project management, price validation, bid negotiation on customer’s behalf, job site supervision, vendor validation, vendor qualifying, reporting, travel time & warranty accountability. If additional “ON CALL” services are required during the year, the client will be billed a trip charge of $150, which includes the first hour of being onsite, and $125 per hour for the duration of the work to be completed. *Waterside HMC operates a trustworthy and transparent business.
